Position Details

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist - Arise Platform Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Flexible Work Location: Remote (Home-Based) Schedule: Flexible Hours (Full-time and Part-time Options Available) Compensation: Competitive, based on Arise Platform rates


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous support
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Follow company protocols and Arise Platform guidelines
  • Meet quality and productivity standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
  • Complete virtual certification training before starting
  • Participate in ongoing professional development as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to pass a background check and complete required assessments
  • Ability to complete a virtual certification course
  • Quiet, secure home office environment suitable for taking customer calls
  • Wired desktop computer (NOT an All-in-One) with Windows 11 or later
  • High-speed internet connection (wired/hardwired to computer)
  • Dedicated USB noise-cancelling headset
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Bilingual capability (Spanish + English) — some roles may require this
  • Ability to work with dual monitors (some roles may require this)
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions
  • Positive, patient, and professional demeanor

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Computer: Wired desktop computer with Windows 11 minimum (NOT an All-in-One)
  • Internet: High-speed internet connection hardwired to your computer (not WiFi)
  • Audio Equipment: Dedicated USB noise-cancelling headset
  • Environment: Quiet, secure, professional home office space free from distractions
  • Optional: Dual monitors (required for some positions)
